How to set up (one time only)
  1. Go to console.cloud.google.com → IAM & Admin → Service Accounts → Create
  2. Click the account → Keys tab → Add Key → JSON → download the file
  3. Enable APIs: Analytics Data API + Analytics Admin API + Search Console API
  4. In each client's GA4 property: Admin → Property Access Management → add the SA email as Viewer
  5. In Search Console: Settings → Users & Permissions → add the SA email

→ Set the date range to the full reporting month before taking any screenshot
→ Zoom browser to 80% (Ctrl/Cmd −) to fit more data on screen
